Research Parks

Research parks play a vital role in the communities they serve, by not only encouraging private and public research, but also facilitating new, in-depth partnerships between higher education institutions and the private sector. Clark & Enersen has successfully planned and designed facilities and infrastructure on research parks across the country, including multiple P3 (public-private partnership) projects.

We understand that research park campuses provide critical access to research faculty, students, and facilities, and often become the preferred location of significant job creation, research advancements, and economic development. Our full-service team of laboratory planners, site designers, architects, and engineers have a robust portfolio of experience to draw on, and use an interactive design process to create customized facility solutions to set our research park partners up for sustained success.
