Clark & Enersen Named One of Ingram’s 2024 Best Companies to Work For
Clark & Enersen was recently named one of Ingram’s 2024 Best Companies to Work For in the Kansas City area. Our firm was one of 14 total businesses, and one of four mid-sized companies, to earn the honor. Ingram’s states that this recognition is a “testimony to the quality of leadership that defines the business community here, and to the skills of those executives tasked with creating workplaces designed with success in mind. The company’s, and that of its employees.”
We were nominated, and ultimately selected, for the award based on our dedication to our people. This is evidenced by internal programs focused on employee training, development, wellness, and community service. Our firm also offers flexible work hours, frequent office social events, community leadership development program support, and the opportunity to participate on firm-sponsored sports teams, among other benefits. Clark & Enersen’s focus on collaboration and horizontal organizational structure also play key roles in employee recruitment and retention.
