Design Team Members Attend Groundbreaking at University of Kentucky

This week, four members of our firm attended the groundbreaking for the CoRE (Collaboration, Research, and Enterprise) Building at the University of Kentucky’s (UK) Coldstream Research Campus in Lexington.

The project is a public-private partnership facilitated by Woodbury Corporation and will add spaces for wet labs, startups in incubation at UK, new businesses, and Kentucky Technology, Inc., a UK Research Foundation subsidiary. Along with Woodbury, Clark & Enersen is teamed with Ross Tarrant Architects, Strand Associates, and Whiting-Turner.

Clark & Enersen was represented at the event by Architect Kate Hier, AIA, NCARB, WELL AP (front row, far left), Director of Engineering Shawn Diederich, PE, LEED AP, WELL AP (back row, second from left), Architect Andru Meiners, AIA (back row, third from left), and Director of Business Development Tom McVey (not pictured).
